About Me
Hello, my name is Tony Mackenzie. 
I was born in 1948 in the UK where I grew up and in my younger days I worked as an executive in the retail motor trade for prestige car franchises. Since then I have gained a wide and practical business negotiating experience covering diverse areas such as premium value sales and negotiations, marketing, finance and leasing, telecommunicapions, IT, ecommerce, and many others.
I speak with a clear, regionally neutral and non-affected, English accent. My gentle disposition and friendly demeanour hides a well honed ability to conclude a transaction leaving the other party feeling that they have got the best out of a deal whilst still achieving the expected aims and outcome of my client's best interests.
I was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (F.Inst.SMM ) and a certificate to this effect (copy available on request ) was issued on 26th April 1990.This is the top level designation of the institute and applicants seeking admission as a Fellow must have at least 15 years in sales or marketing including 7 years business experience at management level.
On the back of my certficate are stated the institute's code of conduct which I strictly adhere to in it's entirety. Section 8 under the heading of "Disclosure of Confidential Information" reads as follows:-
"A member shall not disclose (except as may be required by law or statute) or make use of information given or obtained in confidence from his company, suppliers, customers or professional body, for personal gain or otherwise, without express prior consent."
I have just returned to the UK again after having spent some time commuting in mainland Europe between Gibraltar, France, Spain and Andorra.
